The Advent Care Team provides a professional and responsive service to all our service users, care team members and outside agencies.
To enable Advent Care to provide the highest possible standard of home care, a framework of assessment ensures that we hold all the relevant information to meet your exact care needs and formulate an individualised care package.
During the assessment process we will record some personal information about you and your general health. We will also undertake a risk assessment of your home environment and your mobility. During the assessment visit you have the opportunity to discuss your specific care requirements and ask any questions you may have about Advent Care.
Our comprehensive assessment visit is free of charge and all information collected will be confidential and will not be passed to any other agencies. All information is securely stored and Advent Care is registered with the Information Commissioner.
Advent Care is also able to provide you with a written quotation of your home care package. This is free of charge and you are in no way obliged to accept the services offered. Your home care assessment will be stored on the Advent Care client register should you wish to commence service at a later date.
