Essential Skills required for Care Team Members and Live in Carers:

-The ability to work on your own or as part of the Advent Care Team.
Desirable skills required for Care Team Members
- Previous experience in a health or social setting (Essentail for live in care staff.)
- Car driver/ Own transport
