To enable Advent Services to provide the highest possible standard of care, a framework of assessment ensures that we hold all the relevant information to meet your exact care needs and formulate and individualised care package.
During the assessment process we will record some personal information about you and your general health, we undertake a risk assessment of your home environment and your mobility. During the assessment visit you have the opportunity to discuss your specific care requirements and ask any questions you may have about Advent Services.
Our comprehensive assessment visit is free of charge and all information collected will be confidential and will not be passed to any other agencies. All information is securely stored and Advent Services is registered with the Information Commissioner.
Advent Services is also able to provide you with a written quotation of your care package, this is free of charge and you are in no way obliged to accept the services offered. Your care assessment will be stored on the Advent Services client register should you wish to commence service at a later date.
